Every family is different, which is why I take a gentle, personalised approach to better sleep. Here’s how we’ll work together

Understand

You will receive a fully customised sleep plan designed just for your child (or children). It is realistic, gentle and built around your parenting style and comfort levels.

No 'cry it out' no 'one-size-fits-all' just a clear plan that feels right for your family.

Plan

You can choose either 7 or 14 days of support. We'll work together  through daily catch ups. You will have time and space to ask questions, share updates and get on-going daily guidance as we make progress.

I’ll be right there cheering you on, tweaking the plan and helping you feel supported every step of the way.

Support

I start by getting to know your little one, their sleep patterns, temperament and your family goals. You will fill out a detailed intake forms so I can see the full picture and figure out the root cause to the problem before creating your plan.

​Because good sleep support starts with understanding your baby, not fitting them into a method.

Sleep

By the end of the week, you’ll feel confident, calm, and equipped with the tools to maintain your little one’s new sleep habits.​Better sleep, less stress and a happier well rested family.

Just personalised plans, practical tools and kind, ongoing guidance that meets you where you’re at for you and your family.
