What Methods do you use?
I use only gentle, responsive approaches to support your child’s sleep. Every plan is created after a thorough assessment, so I can take into account your little one’s personality, temperament and unique needs
How long will it take?
Every child is different, but by coaching you as their parent/ caregiver, I will give you the tools and support you need to gently shape new, healthy sleep habits. With consistency, you should start to see positive changes within a week.
Do you offer remote consultations?
Yes! I offer face-to-face consultations via Zoom. As these sessions are done remotely, I’m able to support families across different countries and time zones.
How can I start working with you?
Once I’ve received your details, we’ll schedule a free preliminary phone call. During this chat, I’ll learn more about your child’s sleep challenges and your goals, make sure we’re a good fit and guide you toward the package that best suits you and your family.
How should I prepare for my initial consultation?
If possible, have your partner, a close family member, or a trusted friend join us for the consultation. Having someone else on board can be a huge support during the sleep training process, especially on those tougher nights when a little extra help makes all the difference.
What happens if my child becomes poorly or is teething?
Illness and teething are a normal part of childhood and they’re bound to pop up at some point during sleep training. If your little one becomes unwell, I recommend continuing with the plan as best you can, while offering extra comfort and reassurance. We can’t prevent sickness, but learning how to respond with calm consistency will give you confidence for the future, too.
