Sleeping Baby

My Story

Hello! I’m Amelia, a certified infant and children's sleep consultant and (most importantly) I am a mum to four little children, including twins...

So I know what it’s like to be completely exhausted; mentally, emotionally, physically. To second-guess every choice. To dread the evenings, knowing what lies ahead: the witching hour chaos, the endless thirsts, urgent snack requests, toilet needs and every clever excuse a little one can dream up to delay bedtime just that little bit longer. I’ve stood in your shoes, hoping for just a few uninterrupted hours of rest, wondering if things would ever get easier.

After my first baby was born, I was navigating the same storm so many parents face, sleepless nights, endless advice that didn’t quite fit, and a deep desire for someone to just understand. Someone to tell me I wasn’t alone and to show me a path forward that felt gentle, grounded, and real.
That’s what I now offer to families like yours.

Since those early days, my own family has grown along with my experience. I’m now a mum of four and with each little one I’ve learned more about the deeply personal, often emotional layers of infant and child sleep. This journey hasn’t just shaped me as a mother but as a sleep consultant too. It’s strengthened my belief that restful sleep is not only possible, it’s essential.

I support families all over New Zealand, the UK and beyond. I use only a kind, practical approach to sleep training that’s tailored to your family, not a one-size-fits-all method or a harsh “fix.” I take time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, gently untangling the tricky bits, and helping you find rhythm and rest again.

My sleep plans are realistic, responsive and supportive of your parenting style. No guilt. No pressure. Just compassionate guidance and tools that actually work for your lifestyle. Whether your baby will only sleep on you, wakes every hour, or has decided 4:30am is the start of the day, I'm here to help.

Sleep supports everything: their brain development, their immunity, their mood and when they sleep better, you sleep better too... making everything else feel a little lighter.

You’re not alone. I see you, I’ve been there and I’m here to help you find your way back to a good nights sleep.
